Connector Project Guide

Sustained Interactions for Strengthened Relationships and Collective Wellbeing

This document offers concise and practical guidance for supporting communities to design and implement connector projects: initiatives that provide opportunities and incentives for sustained interactions between diverse groups, particularly those divided by conflict or tensions, that are jointly designed, led and implemented for mutual benefit. The guide is rooted in CRS’ long experience using connector projects to strengthen social cohesion and prospects for durable peace; however, it is applicable for use in many different types of programs. The guide is available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese.
