Catholic Relief Services' sole partner in Swaziland is the Diocese of Manzini, which incorporates Caritas Swaziland. Our primary focus has been on responding to the HIV, AIDS and TB pandemics (Swaziland has the highest incidence of HIV infection and TB co-infection in the world) through funding and strengthening of our partner. CRS is currently the primary funder of the Diocese (approximately $300,000 per year), given the limited donor pool related to concerns about the country's governance.
